Hi, I’m Kristina, the person behind Sniff Treat Repeat!

I’ve always believed that animals are more than just pets—they’re family, and understanding how they think, learn, and communicate can make all the difference in the relationship we share with them.

My passion lies in helping dogs and their people navigate the challenges that can come with behavior, whether that means fear, anxiety, reactivity, overexcitement, or simply struggling to communicate clearly with one another. I especially enjoy working with the dogs that may be considered “challenging” and helping their families find a path forward that feels realistic, compassionate, and achievable.

My approach is rooted in positive reinforcement, science-based training, and clear communication. I believe training should help dogs feel safe, confident, and successful—not just teach them what not to do. By breaking skills down into manageable pieces and meeting each dog where they are, we can build meaningful progress without rushing the process.

Every dog is an individual, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to help you better understand your dog, strengthen your relationship, and give you practical tools you can use in everyday life.
